Loutrouvio, (as the traditional olive presses are known locally), built in 1800, and recently transformed into a modern home, is ideal for two persons, hidden amidst well-kept gardens. Its renovation has not only preserved the essence of the past but enhances the interiors with striking, modern elements as well.
The main entrance leads to a superb open-plan living space, furnished with elegance and refined Italian taste, that includes a living and dining area with a fire place, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a jacuzzi bathtub, and a fitness corner with an electric treadmill and weights.
The first floor features a bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, and wardrobe. A baby cot can be made available on request.
The house is beautifully set up to make you feel totally relaxed and at home. The windows open to the surrounding gardens with evergreen trees and flowers, where several living corners are formed: a pool area with sun beds, a terrace covered with a beautiful pergola that provides shade in which to unwind or dine, and many small areas in which to read, listen to music or snooze away a hot summer after-noon, all overlooking a superb view.
